There Can Only Be One was my submission for the 2019 GMTK Game Jam, a game-design focused competition hosted on Itch.io. Following with the jam's theme, "Only one", the goal of the game is to eliminate your clones so you remain as the sole survivor. Doing so is a puzzle each time, as your clones often pose as much a threat to you, as you to them.
My game ranked in the top 3% of submissions for design, and top 4% overall, out of over 2,600 games. At the time, this was the largest game jam in Itch.io history.
This was my first ever game jam, and I'm very proud of the result! For a 48-hour game, I feel there's a good amount of gameplay, and even a tiny amount of polish.
